Yogurt Parfait Recipe is a simple breakfast or dessert of yoghurt, nuts and fruits in alternate layers often topped with fruits like berries, apples etc and served in a tall, narrow, short-stemmed glass. It's a delicious breakfast ready in only a few minutes!
If you are looking for a quick breakfast idea in the morning or a pick me up snack during the day, this yogurt parfait is simply GREAT! These yogurt parfaits are low in calories, healthy and delicious!
Ingredients:
Yoghurt
Granola (nuts, seeds, oats and dried fruits)
Fruits
Honey (optional)
How to make Parfait
Begin by layering your cup or bowl with your desired yogurt. Greek or plain vanilla are great choices or you can even try flavored yogurt such as strawberry or raspberry yogurt.
The next layer is to top with granola! This is a sweet and crunchy texture. I love my homemade granola that is filled with oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit baked all together.
The next is layer with sliced fresh fruits. Repeat the layers until the cup is full. Top with more fresh fruits and drizzle with honey.
Enjoy cold.
